Step-by-Step Overseas Recruitment Process with Yovant Recruitment Services
Initial Consultation: Meet with the client's HR team to gather a comprehensive understanding of the staffing needs, including job categories, specific skill sets, age range, gender, language proficiency, and other critical details.
Volume Requirements: Confirm the number of candidates needed for each category. Timeline: Establish the recruitment timeline and expected deployment dates to ensure alignment with project schedules.
Preparation of Wakala: Wakala is the legal authorisation granted by the Saudi employer to the recruitment agency for handling all necessary visa formalities on behalf of the employer. Wakala is also a group visa which guarantees the project claimed by the recruitment agency.
Obtaining Approvals: Secure all necessary embassy approvals and government authorisations, ensuring compliance with local and international labour laws.
Market Research: Identify the best strategies to attract the specified categories of candidates in the target recruitment countries.
Advertising: Launch marketing campaigns through local job boards, social media, and partnerships with local agencies to attract qualified candidates.
Pre-Screening: Conduct initial screenings to ensure that only candidates meeting the client’s specifications are shortlisted for interviews.
Logistics Planning: Coordinate with our Saudi partners to finalise travel dates and recruitment schedules.
Flight and Hotel Bookings: Book flights and hotel accommodations for our Saudi partners, ensuring comfort and convenience during their stay.
On-Ground Support: Yovant Recruitment staff will accompany the partners throughout the recruitment drive, assisting with candidate interviews and selections.
Candidate Documentation: Collect all necessary documents, including passports, photos, educational certificates, and work experience proofs.
Medical Examinations: Arrange for mandatory medical examination and health screening, as KSA immigration requires approval by Gulf pproved Medical Centre Association (GAMCA).
Government Processes: Once the candidates are selected and have completed their medicals as per the KSA immigration, the recruitment agency will proceed with the stamping process which is to be done through the Saudi Embassy in the respective countries. The agency will then complete all government-related processes, including police clearances and other necessary approvals.
Visa Confirmation: Once visa stamping and other processes are completed, confirm travel dates with the Saudi employer.
Flight Bookings: Book flight tickets for the candidates to travel from their home country to KSA.
Pre-Departure Briefing: Conduct a pre-departure briefing with candidates to provide guidance on the travel process, work expectations, and any other necessary information.
Airport Reception: A member of Yovant Recruitment will be present at the arrival airport to greet the candidates with a warm welcome, please note that transportation to their accommodation from the airport in KSA is to be provided by the Saudi employer.
Induction: Coordinate with Saudi employer to ensure a smooth induction process, integrating the candidates seamlessly into their new roles.
